At Blue Wave Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@bluewaveshop.store with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item back to the provided return address
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange.
